摘要
青少年球员的训练效果、训练水平决定着我国足球未来的水平。中国足球在第十七届世界杯上的表现使国人痛苦的意识到,中国足球今天的落后源于几十年来青少年训练的落后,源于训练理念的落后。本文仅从训练学的角度对我国青少年足球后备人才培养中的问题进行分析,试图理清弊端,为青少年进行有效训练提供理论依据。
Training effect and level of adolescent players will not doubt decide our soccer future,The performance of Chinese team in the 17th World Cup made us painfully aware that today＇ s backwardness was due to the underachieving training and ideas,This paper analyzed the problems in the reserve talents cultivation, aiming to promote training effectively.
