匹维溴铵对肠易激综合征患者回盲部肥大细胞的脱粒影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价选择性肠道钙离子拮抗剂匹维溴胺对肠易激综合征(Irritable Bowel syndrome,IBS)的临床疗效以及对回盲部肥大细胞脱粒的影响,探讨其治疗IBS的可能机制。方法应用匹维溴胺治疗符合入选标准的IBS患者48例,观察其疗效并检测治疗前后IBS患者回盲部脱颗粒肥大细胞的数目变化。结果匹维溴胺治疗腹泻型IBS疗效明显,治疗前后腹泻型IBS患者脱颗粒肥大细胞数目有显著变化。结论匹维溴胺治疗腹泻型IBS有效,可能抑制了肥大细胞的脱粒活化,机理有待于进一步探讨。 Objective To investigate the curative effect of selective intestinal calcium ion antagonist to irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and to explore its pharmacological mechanism. Methods Fourty-eight patients with IBS were enrolled in this study by Roma H diagnosis standard. After pinaverium bromide treatment, we evaluated the changes of symptom of the patients with IBS, and counted the number of degranulated mast cells by colonoscopy, biopsies and immunohistochemistry stain of the mast cells in mucosa of ileocecal colon. Results Pinaverium bromide was very effective in patient with diarrhoea-type IBS, and the mast cell numbers with degraulation in ileocecum changed significantly before and after treatment. Conclusion Pinaverium bromide could be a choice for diarrhea-type IBS.
