摘要
通过对87家中国制造企业的实证研究发现,在企业生命周期的创业阶段,变革型领导对内部职业机会、培训和员工参与有显著影响,交易型领导对人力资源管理实践有显著影响;在快速发展阶段,交易型领导对人力资源管理实践有显著影响;在成熟阶段,变革型领导和交易型领导都对人力资源管理实践有显著影响;在衰退阶段,变革型领导对人力资源管理实践有显著影响,交易型领导对内部职业机会、培训和员工参与有显著影响。
The empirical study on 87 Chinese manufacturing enterprises found , in the start-up stage of life cycle, transformational leadership have significant impact on the internal promotion ,training and employee involvement, and transactional leadership have significant impact on human resource management practices; in the rapid development stage, transactional leadership have significant impact on human resource mamagement practices; in maturity stage, both of transformational leadership and transactional leadership have significant impact on human resources management practices; in obsolescence stage, transformational leadership have significant impact on human resources management practices, and transaction leadership have significant impact on internal promotion,training and employee involvement.
