摘要
风险投资的发展在地区分布上呈现集聚特征,这使得不同地区之间的风险投资发展极不平衡,从而对不同地区的技术创新活动和经济发展产生不同的影响。这种区域分布的不平衡是由多种因素共同作用的结果。从区域创新资源优势对风险资本的吸纳效应、风险投资的“空间邻近效应”和两者之间的相互作用关系三个方面来探讨风险投资区域分布不平衡的形成机理。
There is the characteristic of zone cluster in venture capital development, which makes imbalance of venture capital development in different regions, thus have different effects on technological innovation and economic development in different regions. Various factors contribute to this regional imbalance of venture capital. This paper discusses formation mechanism of regional imbalance in venture capital development from three aspects that are ＂adsorption effects＂ of regional innovation resources to venture capital, ＂spatial proximity effects＂ of venture capital and interaction relations between them, in order to provide theoretical basis for various regions, especially economic underdeveloped regions, to map out development strategy of venture capital.
