摘要
创业能力是驱动创业活动顺利开展并取得成功的关键因素,对于创业者取得创业成功发挥着举足轻重的作用。创业资本是衡量创业者创业成功与否的前置条件,也影响着创业绩效的提高程度,其独特性作用在创业活动中表现更为显著。为更好判断创业资本、创业能力与创业绩效的关系,通过实地调研、网络问答、电话采访等方式,对南宁、武汉、重庆、成都、深圳、上海、长沙等城市创业园区的330名城市青年开展创业情况调查,并进行实证研究。结果显示:城市青年的创业资本对创业的生存绩效和成长具有正向影响,城市青年的创业能力对创业绩效具有一定的正向影响。准确把握创业能力的本质和内涵,有效整合和利用创业资本,对于完善创业理论和提高创业绩效具有重要理论价值和现实意义。
Entrepreneurship is a key driver of successful entrepreneurship.Entrepreneurship plays an important and unique role in the entrepreneurial success of entrepreneurs.Venture capital is a prerequisite for measuring the success of entrepreneurship,and it also affects the improvement of entrepreneurial performance.Its unique role is even more prominent in entrepreneurial activities.In order to better judge the relationship between venture capital,entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial performance,Through field research,online question and answer,telephone interview and other methods in Nanning,Wuhan,Chongqing,Chengdu,Shenzhen,Shanghai,Changsha and other entrepreneurial parks selected 350 entrepreneurial youth to carry out entrepreneurial survey,and conduct empirical research.The research results show that the entrepreneurial capital of the entrepreneur has a positive impact on the survival performance and growth of the entrepreneur,and the entrepreneurial ability of the entrepreneur has a positive impact on the entrepreneurial performance.Thus,it can be seen that it is of great value to accurately grasp the essence and connotation of entrepreneurial ability and effectively integrate and utilize venture capital to improve the existing entrepreneurial theory and improve entrepreneurial performance.
