高铁离子浓度环境下氧化亚铁硫杆菌的生长行为 被引量:10

摘要 对氧化亚铁硫杆菌在高铁离子浓度下的生长情况进行了研究。在初始[Fe2+]=10、30、50、70、90g/L的高铁离子浓度9K培养基中培养氧化亚铁硫杆菌,定时测培养基中的细菌数、pH值及氧化还原电位(Eh)和Fe2+的终浓度,试验得出:[Fe2+]为30g/L时,氧化亚铁硫杆菌的生长最为旺盛,浓度达到9×107个/mL;在接种量为10%、pH值为1.6的情况下,氧化亚铁硫杆菌的Fe2+氧化速率最高,分别达到2.87g/(L.d)和2.67g/(L.d)。 Study works were conducted on Ferrosoferric oxide Thiobacillus growing condition in high thick iron ion. At beginning, ferrosoferric oxide thiobacillus was cultivated in a culture with = 10, 30, 50, 70 and 90 g/L and high iron ion thickness of 9K.The number of bacterium in culture, pH value, oxidation reduction potential (Eh) and final thickness of Fe+{2+} are measured at regular time. It is indicated from the tests that with [Fe+{2+}]= 30g/L, the Ferrosoferric oxide thiobacillus grows very well and the thickness of that is up to 9×10+7/mL. In case that inoculation percent is 10% and pH is 1.6, the Fe+{2+} of Ferrosoferric oxide has a highest oxidation rate up to 2.878/ (L·d ) and 2.67g/(L·d).
