摘要
高校班主任是学校班级管理工作的指导者和引导者,是学生求学成才、实现人生价值和远大理想的导航者,是负有特殊使命的教师。因此,要把班主任工作做好,必须有一颗炽热的爱心、高度的责任心,只有这样,才能不断创造出工作的新思路、新方法。
