摘要
随着振动压路机技术水平的不断提高,噪声大成为影响振动压路机质量提升的重要原因之一。为了探讨振动压路机噪声控制技术,分析了振动压路机噪声的主要来源,对国内外部分机型的噪声水平进行了对比测试,发现国内外产品的噪声控制水平差距较大,认为综合考虑发动机的选型及安装、减振系统、冷却风扇和液压系统优化设计等,可以在一定程度上降低整机的噪声。
With the development of the vibratory roller, noise becomes one of important reasons for influencing the quality improvment of the vibratory roller. The main noise source of the vibratory roller is analyzed to control norse, and some domestic and foreign rollers are tested. It is pointed out that differences about noise control for domestic and foreign products are large, and the entire machine noise should be reduced to some extent if considering synthetically the type and installment of engine, the vibration reducing system, cooling fan and the optimization design of hydraulic system, etc.
