摘要
针对振动压实机械在高速公路路面施工过程中存在的不平整度和压实不均匀问题,本文运用振动理论对其振动系统存在"拍"的条件及可能性进行了分析,并证明压实机械在施工过程中"拍"现象的存在,然后结合压实工艺和振动参数的分析,得出路面压实机械在施工过程中的稳态响应"拍"是导致路面不平整度和压实不均匀主要原因的结论;最后提出了解决该问题的理论方法和技术措施.
To solve the problem of non-flatness and non-flareout existing in highway construction, this paper adopted the vibration theory to analyze the existing condition and possibility of the clap phenomena in vibration system, and proved the universality existing of 'clap' phenomone in the course of vibrating machine for compacting road surface. By combining the compaction craft with the vibration parameters analysis, it is found that the clap phenomena in the construction course is the generating reasons for the non-flatness and non-homogeneity of compaction of the road surface. In the end, this paper proposes the theory and technical measures for resolving these problems.
