摘要
现代高速公路施工不仅要以大规模机械化为基础,而且各机型之间需协调工作,形成与路面材料特性相适应的有机整体。通过对高速公路设备组成中核心设备的作业性能分析和试验研究,得出了摊铺机的合理作业工况,提出了以保证和提高路面施工质量为基础的施工机群合理匹配理论,并对核心设备、主要设备和辅助设备的合理配置进行了分析,给出了计算公式。
The construction of modem highway does not only base on cosmically mechanization, but also needs the cooperation in construction machines that compose an integrated system accommodating to the pavement materials characteristic. Through the analysis and the trail research on the work performance of the key machine in highway construction, the paperd educes the pavers rational work situation, and brings forward the theory on construction machines rational matching which bases on ensuring and improving the constmction quality; analyses the configuration of the key machines, the primary machines and the assistant machines; and presents the expressions.
