摘要
情感教育就是要通过提高学生对情感的自我意识能力、自我激励能力、情绪控制能力、人际交往能力及挫折承受能力来培养和发展学生的情感智力。情感教育是时代发展的需要和素质教育的需要。在体育教学中实施情感教育,需要更新观念,提高体育教师情感素养;尊重学生主体地位,合理运用情感教育的技巧;以体育教学为主实施情感教育,在课外体育活动和体育竞赛中实施情感教育,建立浓厚的校园体育文化氛围。
Emotional education is to train and develop students＇ emotional intelligence by impro-ving their capacity of self-consciousness, self-encouragement, self-control, interpersonal communi- cation and setback-withstanding. It is the requirements of the development of times and quality edu-cation. To implement emotional education in physical education, PE teachers need to update their i-deas and improve their quality, to respect students as masters of learning and employ techniques of emotional education in a reasonable way, and to involve emotion in PE education in out-of-class sports and games, creating a climate of sports culture on campus.
