本文归纳了川菜的历史底蕴、独特风味、考究的工艺以及包容渗透的文化魅力,介绍了川菜在海外华人中的积极影响,提出了让川菜文化连接世界华人根脉的具体措施。
This paper summarizes the historical roots, unique flavor, sophisticated technology as well as the infiltrative cultural charm of Sichuan dishes. It introduces the special attraction of Sichuan dishes to the overseas Chinese and proposes the specific measures to make Sichuan dishes rooted in their hearts.
