摘要
目的探讨热休克蛋白27(HSP27)在胃癌及癌旁组织中的表达及其意义。方法用免疫组织化学法检测68例胃癌及57例癌旁组织中HSP27的表达,比较其阳性表达率。结果HSP27在胃癌中的表达率为47.1%,明显高于癌旁组织26.32%(P<0.05),并且与胃癌的分化程度相关,但与肌层浸润深度及淋巴结转移无关。结论HSP27在胃癌组织中过度表达,提示其在胃癌的发生发展中起着重要作用。
Objective To study the expression and relationship of HSP27 in gastric carcinoma. Methods The expressions of HSP27 were investigated by immunohistochemistry assay in 68 cases of gastric cancer and 57 cases of tumor surrounding tissue. Results The expression rate of HSP27 in gastric cancer（47.10%） was higher than that in tumor surrounding tissue（26.32%） （χ^2 = 5. 687, P = 0. 017）. HSP27 expression was correlated with the differentiation of gastric cancer, but had no relationship with the depth invaded into muscular layer or lymph node metastasis. Conclusion HSP27 was up-regulated in gastric carcinoma, which indicated that they may play an important role in the genesis and development of gastric cancer.
