摘要
目的:测定米雅利桑爱儿A颗粒中维生素B6、泛酸钙、维生素B2的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,用WatersCLCODS柱,以乙腈0.25mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾(pH3.2±0.4)为流动相梯度洗脱,对乙酰氨基酚为内标,泛酸钙检测波长为210nm,维生素B6、内标和维生素B2的检测波长为280nm。结果:维生素B6、泛酸钙、维生素B2分别在20~130μg·ml-1(r=0.9993,n=6),20~130μg·ml-1(r=0.9986,n=6),5~30μg·ml-1(r=0.9993,n=6)浓度范围内呈线性关系。维生素B6、泛酸钙、维生素B2平均回收率分别为99.7%,RSD=0.86%;100.0%,RSD=0.95%;98.2%,RSD=1.02%。结论:方法简便、快速、准确、重现性好。
OBJECTIVE:To make an assay of vitamin B 6,calcium pantothenate and vitamin B 2 in Miyarisan Aiji A fine granules.METHOD:A HPLC method was chromatographed on Waters CLC ODS column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile 0.25 mol·L -1 potassium dihydrogen phosphose(pH 3.2±0.4)(varying from 8∶92 to 25∶75 in 25 minutes),acetaminophen as internal substance.UV detections were performod at 210 nm for calcium pantothenate and 280 nm for vitamin B 6,acetaminophen and vitamin B 2.RESULTS:The standard curves for vitamin B 6,calcium pantothenate and vitamin B 2 were linear in the range of 20~130 μg·ml -1 (r=0.999 3,n=6),20~130 μg·ml -1 (r=0.998 6,n=6),5~30 μg·ml -1 (r=0.999 3,n=6) respectively.The average recoveries of vitamin B 6,calcium pantothenate and vitamin B 2 at different concentration were 99.7%,,100.0% and 98.2% respectively,their RSD was 0.86%,0.95%,1.02%(n=5).CONCLUSION:The method is convenient,rapid,accurate and precise.
