大鼠回避性条件反射对尾核头部单位自发放电的影响 被引量:1

Effects of the Conditioned Avoidance Reflex on the Spontaneous Discharge of Neurons in the Head of Caudate Nueleus in Rat

摘要 成年SD大鼠分为两组,其中实验组用“Y”型迷宫训练,使其建立回避性条件反射;对照组不进行训练。引导并记录两组实验动物尾核头部单位自发放电,观察给予非条件刺激(电震)和条件刺激(灯光)后尾核单位放电的变化。结果显示实验组在给予条件刺激后,尾核单位自发放电出现明显减频效应,与对照组比较有极显著差异。提示尾核头部神经元活动的抑制与回避性条件反射的建立和进行有关。 Ten rats (as experimental group) had been trained to establish conditioned avoidance reflex The control group was composed of other ten rate without any training The spontaneous unit discharge (SUD) of the head of coudate nueleus was recorded with glass microlectrodes in both groups The changes of the SUD on the unconditioned and conditioned stimuli were observed and analysed The result showed that, on the conditioned stimulus, the SUD of caudate nucleus in the experimental groups underwent very remarkable decreasing when compared with that in the control group It indicates that the SUD inhibition of the caudate neurous may be related to establishing and operating of the conditioned avoidance reflex.
