摘要
介绍乳酸炼制工艺路线的选择,即原料路线的确定依据以及国内外的发酵工艺和提取工艺路线。发酵工艺包括细菌发酵与根霉发酵、清液发酵和非清液发酵、连续发酵与间歇分批发酵以及膜耦合发酵与萃取发酵;而提取工艺也介绍了钙盐法和高真空蒸馏等5种方法。最后对南京绿天源生物化工工程有限公司的乳酸炼制工艺的流程和技术特点进行了简要介绍。
The selection of technical route on biorefining for lactic acid was introduced, i.e. basis for determination of raw material route, route of ferment technology and extracting technology at home and abroad. The ferment technology ineludes bacterial fermentation and rhizopus fermentation, clear liquid fermentation and non-clear liquid fermentation, continuous fermentation and fermentation in batches, membrane couple fermentation and extracting fermentation. The extracting technology included calcium salt method and high vacuum distillation method, etc. five methods totally. Finally, the technological process and technical characteristics of biorefining of lactic acid of Nanjing LüTianYuan Biochemical Engineering Co. ,Ltd. were introduced briefly.
