摘要
通过对萃取剂和稀释剂的筛选，确定了一个萃取相组成为５０％三烷基氧化膦（ＴＲＰＯ）／５０％磺化煤油的乳酸萃取体系．对萃合机理的研究表明，ＴＲＰＯ萃取乳酸的可能萃合物结构式为ＬＡ·ＴＲＰＯ．对乳酸萃取过程的各种影响因素进行了考察，从而得到了最佳操作条件．
The abstraction of lactic acid from broth by means of organic solvent extraction was studied. TRPO(trialkyl phosphine oxide) and sulphonated kerosene were found to be suitable for use as extractant and diluent respectively.The study of the mechanism of extraction process showed that the extraction compound might be a LA·TRPO complex. The factors that influenced the lactic acid extraction process were also discussed. And the optimum extractive conditions were determined.
