摘要
随着《国民营养条例》的即将出台,我国对营养师的需求将大幅度提高,但现实是营养师的配备与条例的可行性之间存在着许多不可调和的矛盾。作为担负体质健康教育的体育教学师资队伍来说,有其自身特殊的优势,可以成为营养师队伍中学校营养教育和公众营养知识传播庞大而有意的补充,大大缓解我国在营养膳食方面最迫切需要解决的问题。
With the coming of the Nutrition Statute of the Civilian, the demand of the dietetics will be greatly improved. While the reality is that there are lots of conflicts between the dietetics and the feasibility of the statute. As P.E. teachers who are devoted to the education of physical health, they have their own advantages, and their devotion can supplement the wide spread of the nutrition education and the public nutrition knowledge in the universities, so as to relieve the exigent problems in nutrition and dietetics in China.
