摘要
建立洱海流域地理信息系统(EHLBGIS)是洱海流域信息化管理的基础。探讨了洱海流域地理信息系统的总体设计和数据库设计,阐述了基于ESRI公司的ArcObjects开发方式,并结合可视化语言进行系统开发,实现对洱海流域的多种地图数据管理、分析和辅助决策。
It is necessary to establish the Erhai Lake basin geographic information system （EHLBGIS）, which will provide the basic geographic information for the Erhai Lake basin management. The paper elaborates the overall design and database design of the EHLBGIS. The paper describes the three methods of ArcObjects development and discusses how to develop a stand-alone application based on the ArcObjects, which is based on Microsoft＇s Component Object Model （COM）. Using visual programming language, we developed the EHLBGIS, which can manage many types of map data of the Erhai Lake basin and provides analysis and supported design
