摘要 褐藻胶裂解酶能裂解褐藻胶制备寡糖,是一种重要的工具酶。本文从酶的分子结构、作用机理等方面介绍了褐藻胶裂解酶的酶学性质,以及该酶在制备海洋寡糖中的应用研究进展。 Alginate lyase can degrade alginates into oligosaccharides , and it's a kind of important tool enzyme . This article describes alginate lyase' zymological characteristics on the aspects of it's structure of molecule and principle of reaction, and the condition of the development of utilization of alginate lyase in preparing ocean oligosaccharide.
