摘要
以柠檬皮为原料提取高酯果胶,原料经微波灭酶及复合磷酸盐处理后用酸法提胶。在提胶过程中,对萃取剂的种类、提取液pH、提取温度、提取时间、液固比五个因素进行了单因素实验,最后通过正交实验确定了这几个因素的最佳工艺条件为:选用草酸为萃取剂、pH1.5、萃取温度为80℃、萃取时间为120min、液固比25∶1。
In this paper, lemon peel was used to extract HMP by acid solution after destroying enzyme by microwave, During the extracting process, five factors including the sort of solvent, pH,extraction temperature,extraction time,ratio of liquid to solid were studied by single factor analysis method. At last. through orthogonal experimentation, the optimal conditions of extraction were obtained as follows: the solvent was oxalic acid,pH1,5,extraction temperature was 80℃ ,extraction time was120min, ratio of liquid to solid was 25:1.
