摘要
研究了实验室和工业铝电解中发生阳极效应时的电压波形,及其对同一系列中邻槽的影响。根据观测电压波形的结果,提出阳极效应过程三步骤的观点:诱导期、稳定期和熄回期。根据估算,一般阳极效应时高频波的频率在 10 000—20 000 Hz 之间,其影响程度随系列中槽数增多而减小。
Laboratory and industrial investigations were carried out for the voltagewaveform as anode effect occurred in aluminium electrolysis cells, as well asits influence on the other adjacent cells in the same series. Based on the vol-tage waveforms observed systematically, it is suggested that three steps, i. e.initial, stable and quenching stage,are taking place in succession in the processof anode effect.The frequency of a high--frequency wave under anode effect isestimated to be in a range of 10 000--20 000Hz, and the influence on other cells inthe same series is proved decreasing with increase in the number of cells.
