摘要
本文以工业铝电解生产采用木条熄灭阳极效应过程为研究对象,采用外热式电阻炉-高温铝液模拟木条熄灭阳极效应期间铝液与木条的作用过程,采用化学分析、热分析、氢分析、OM分析、SEM分析、EDS分析方法,研究木条在高温铝液中裂解导致铝液吸氢、增杂的过程,从微观机制上揭示熄效应处理对铝液中氢和氧化铝夹杂形成过程的影响机理。试验结果表明,采用木条熄灭阳极效应使铝液氢和氧化铝夹杂含量增加。
In this paper, the process of extinction anode effect by sticks during aluminum reduction was researched, and interaction process between sticks and liquid aluminum was simulated in high - temperature liquid aluminum in external - heating resistance furnace. Hydrogen absorption and increased impurity cased by sticks pyrolysis in liquid aluminum were studied based on the chemical analysis, thermal analysis, hydrogen analysis, OM analysis, SEM analysis and EDS analysis to reveal the influence of extinction anode effect on the formation of hydrogen and alumina inclusions in liquid aluminum at the view of microstructure. The experimental results showed that the extinction anode effect made the content of hydrogen and alumina inclusions increase in liquid aluminum.
