摘要
继TCL通过吸收合并整体上市后,我国众多企业尤其是钢铁企业纷纷选择这一有效手段来解决关联交易、优化资源配置、提升竞争力,由于其内在的动因和国家的支持,都顺利实现了整体上市并且取得了良好的业绩。文章认为整体上市是解决我国上市公司疑难的有效手段。
After TCL was listed as a whole by acquisition and amalgamation, numerous enterprises in China, especially the iron and steel enterprises, have chosen this means to settle relating businesses, optimize resources distribution, upgrade their competitiveness. Owing to their motives and national supports, they have been listed successfully and made great achievements. This paper concludes that being listed as a whole is an effective means to solve the problems of listed companies in China.
