摘要
本文运用国外交易经济学理论,分析我国企业集团形成的原因及其主要形式,试图为企业集团的成因研究提供新的思路。
Based on transaction cost economics, this paper analyses the cause of formation and major models of China's enterprise groups, and attempts to throw new light on the cause of formation of enterpsise groups.
