摘要
目的介绍一种修复手指末端皮肤缺损的新型逆行岛状皮瓣。方法应用指背动脉为蒂,设计成逆行岛状皮瓣,从2002年6月~2006年10月,临床应用掌背指背动脉蒂逆行岛状皮瓣修复手指末端皮肤缺损30例,皮瓣面积1.2cm×1.4cm~2.4cm×3.2cm。结果临床应用30例,皮瓣全部成活,效果满意。结论以指背动脉为蒂设计成逆行岛状皮瓣,该皮瓣设计合理、血供可靠、操作简便,适用于手指末端软组织缺损的修复。
[Objective] To introduce a new reversed island flaps for repair of the soft tissue defect of the fingertip. [Methods] The reverse island flaps with the pedicel of dorsal digital artery was designed according to the distribution of vessels. From June 2002 to October 2006, 30 cases of soft tissue loss of the fingertip were repaired with this kind of flap. The size of flaps range from 1.2 cm×1.4 cm to 2.4 cm×3.2 cm. [Results] All 30 flaps survived with satisfactory treatment outcome after a follow-up of 2 to 50 months. [Conclusions] The cutaneous dorsal digital artery can be designed as pedicel of reverse island flaps, it is practicable and valuable in repairing of the soft tissue loss of the fingertip.
