摘要
社区体育发展的动力机制原理是社区体育发展的结构、功能及其动力关系;社区体育发展的动力要素主要有:改革推动力、政府调控力、科技促进力、文化推动力、经济保障力。社区体育动力机制的运行需要外部保障体系的支撑。
The principle of dynamic mechanism for community PE development is the relationship of structure, function, power; Elements of dynamic mechanism for community PE development are mainly refrorm driving force, regulating and controling force, Technology promotion force, culture promotion force, and economic ensuring force. Operation of dynamic mechanism for community PE development need outer support of ensuring system.
