摘要 测定了乌鳢(OphiocephalusargusCantor)消化系统5种组织和肠内含物淀粉酶活性分布及部分理化特性。其活性由高到低顺序为肠系膜(内含胰腺组织)>肝脏>肠内含物>肠粘膜>幽门垂粘膜>胃粘膜。肠粘膜和幽门垂粘膜淀粉酶的最适pH值均为7.4,最适淀粉质量浓度分别为4.0g/100mL和3.0g/100mL。 Activated distribution and some physical and chemical properties of amylase in the five tissues and intestinal content along digestive tube and glands of snake headed fish (Ophiocephalus argus Cantor) were investigated. The order of amylase activities from high to low was mesentery (including pancreas), liver, intestinal content, intestinal mucosa, pyloric caeca mucosa and gastric mucosa. The optimal pH for amylase in the intestinal an d pyloric caeca mucosa were both at 7.4. The optimal starch mass concentration for amylase in the intestinal mucosa and pyloric caeca mucosa were 4.0 g/100 mL and 3.0 g/100 mL respectively.
