摘要
:60例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为 3组 ,分别给予大、中、小 3种剂量的益气药党参和相同剂量的活血药丹参。结果表明益气活血法能明显缓解心绞痛 ,同时减轻乏力、心悸等症状 ,改善左室功能 ,并提示随着党参量的增加 ,呈现一定的量效关系。
Cases of angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease were randomly divided into 3 groups and given large, medium and small doses of Radix Codonopsis and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae respectively. the results showed that the two drugs could alleviate angina pectoris, reduce fatigue and palpitation,and improve the function of the left ventricle; there was a dose effect relationship between the increase of the dose of Radix Codonopsis and the treating effect.
