摘要
用不同有机溶剂重结晶制备了头孢呋新酯的多晶型,通过差热分析、红外光谱、X-射线粉末衍射法等进行鉴别,确定头孢呋新酯的晶体存在两种晶型,即低熔点晶型α和高熔点晶型β。测定了不同温度下,两晶型在0.07mol/L盐酸溶液中的平衡溶解度,并计算其溶解热。
The polymorphs α and β of cefuroxime axetil were prepared from different organic solvents and characterized by means of DSC、IR and X ray powder diffraction. Equilibrium solubilities were measured at five different temperatures in 0.07 mol/L HCl solution and the enthalpies were calculated. The solubilities of crystal form α at five different tempertures in 0.07 mol/L HCl solution were greater than those of crystal form β.The enthalpies of crystal form α and β were 9.64 kJ/mol and 12.04 kJ/mol,respectively.
