摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗单纯疱疹病毒感染的疗效,以便为临床治疗该病提供依据。方法将口腔单纯疱疹病毒感染病人58例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组应用中医辨证施治配合聚肌胞肌肉注射治疗;对照组应用阿昔洛韦治疗,治疗过程中观察两组疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组有效率高于对照组,差异有极显著意义(uc=2.19,P<0.05);治疗组疗程较对照组明显缩短(t′=5.68,P<0.05);两组不良反应比较无显著性差异。结论应用中医辨证施治结合西药治疗单纯疱疹病毒感染疗效显著,其作用优于单用西药,为临床治疗单纯疱疹病毒感染提供了一条新的途径。
Objective To assess the clinical effects of combined traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for oral herpes simplex virus （HSV） infection. Methods Fifty-eight patients were randomly divided into twogroups. Those in the treated group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with intramuscular injection of polyinosinic acid, while those in the control group were treated with acyclovir alone. The effects and adverse effects were observed. Results Compared with the con trol group, the effective rate in the treated group was significantly higher （uc=2.19,P〈0. 05）, and the course of treatment was shorter （t＇=5.68,P〈0.05）. No significant difference in terms of adverse effects was observed between the twogroups. Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is more effective than western medicine alone in the treatment of HSV infection, which opens up a new therapy for this disease.
