摘要
背景:医院除了要按传染病防治法将传染病及时上报外,还肩负着对传染病进行监测和信息管理的任务,完善而有效的监测和管理对防止传染病流行、爆发以及医院感染至关重要。目的:通过在HIS系统的平台上建立医院传染病监测管理系统,实现对传染病的合理预检分诊和收治、信息化登记和查询。方法:(1)在医生工作站上对就诊病人的诊断进行识别处理,警示医生对传染病进行合理的预检分诊。(2)在医生工作站和LIS,PACS,RIS等平台上建立对就诊病人的门诊日志、全院门诊、住院部疾病上报查询和统计、检验科阳性结果的统计和查询功能。结果:我院实现了传染病的预检分诊、门诊日志、全院门诊、住院部疾病上报查询和统计、检验科阳性结果的统计和查询功能的信息化。结论:在我国医院全面信息化管理的发展趋势下,实现对传染病监测和管理的信息化意义重大。
Background： In addition to report the infections disease, hospitals undertake the surveillance and management to the infections disease It is important for prevention the prevalence and break out of the infections disease that a perfect and effective surveillance and management. Objective： Building the system of the surveillance and managementof infections disease based on the HIS platform to realize the reasonable preparative checking and dividing and treating the patients, registration and inquire the information of infections diseases.Methods： （1） To distinguish the diagnoses in the doctors working stations, suggesting the doctors to check and divide and treat the patients of infectious disease reasonably （2） Build the information system of daily record in the outpatients, inquiring and statistics of the reported infections diseases and positive results of the laboratory.Result： Our hospital realize the information management in the preparative checking and dividing of infections disease, dairy recording in the outpatients, inquiring and statistics of the reported infections diseases and positive results of the laboratory. Conclusion： It is significant to realize the information functions in the surveillance and management of infections disease.
