摘要
本文用d区元素Mn、Fe、zn的二价盐分别同NaHSO_3组成二元引发体系在空气气氛中成功地引发了丙烯胺的聚合。对温度、时间、引发剂用量对产率和分子量的影响进行了初步探索。
The acrylamide aqueous solution polymerization initiated with MnSO4-NaHSO3 ( 1 ) or FeSO4-NaHSO3 ( 2 ) or Zn(CH3COO)2-NaHSO3( 3 ) in atmosphere are studied respectively. The yield of PAM initiated with ( 2 ) is higher than the others. The polymer M.W. for ( 2 ) or ( 3 ) are super one millon at initiator amount 10.5 10 mol./mol. monomer and reaction temperature 30℃ for 6 or 4 h., while the M.W. for ( 1 ) is 5-9 million with this understanding and it is sensitive to temperature.
