摘要
d区锰后过渡元素Ni、Cu等的二价离子分别与NdHSO_3组成二元引发体系,在较低温度下的空气气氛即可引发丙烯酰胺聚合。在25~45℃下反应相同时间的产率按Ni、Cu、Zn体系的顺序递增,而在50℃以上则按相同的顺序递减。在二价离子的一定浓度范围内,产物分子量同In[M^(2+)]呈负斜率线性关系。依据实验结果,由这些二元体系引发的丙烯酰胺聚合反应同时存在着氧化还原引发和配合引发两种机理。
The acrylamide aqueous solution polymerization initiated with NiCl2-NaHSO3 (1) or CuSO4-NallSO3(2) in atmosphere at lower temperature are studied respectively.The yields are increase progressively in order of Ni2+,Cu2+,Zn2+at temperature scope from 25 to 15℃ ,but decrease at the higher temperature than 50℃. The M. W. of PAM is linear with ln[M2+] over a suitable range. The polymerization reaction is in accordance with two mechanisms of reduction-oxidation and coordination initiation.
