摘要
重视对人的素质的培养是各级各类学校教育的一个主题。开放教育作为一种现代远程教育,从培养目标、课程结构、教学组织实施、能力培养等方都贯穿着素质教育的思想,但作为一种新的教育模式,客观上存在着一些因素潜在地影响着素质教育的实施。
It＇ s a theme for all kinds of schools to value students＇ quality education. Open education as a kind of modem distance education focuses on students＇ quality educatic, n through training goals, curriculum structure, instructional organization and practice and capability development. However, as a new type of educational model, some potential factors objectively affect the implementation of the students＇ quality education.
