摘要
抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶以增加胆碱能传递水平而成为目前改善早老年性痴呆症最有效的方法之一。本研究通过乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制剂筛选模型筛选到一株革兰氏阴性细菌CPCC10056。16S rRNA基因序列分析发现该菌株为玫瑰单胞菌属(Roseomorms)的一个新成员。菌株CPCC10056的最适生长条件为32℃,pH7.0-7.5,在供试培养基上形成酒红色、湿润、光滑的菌落。
Inhibiting acetylcholinesterase to enhance the transmission level of cholinergic is one of the best methods on amendment of Alzheimer's disease currently. In this study, a gram negative bacterium strain CPCC10056 was screened using screening method that was established for screening Ache inhibitor. 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis showed that the isolate was a novel member of the genus Roseomonas. The optimum growth temperature and pH for strain CPCC10056 were 32 ℃ and pHT. 0 -7.5, respectively. Vinaceous, moist and smooth colonies formed on most tested media.
