摘要
目的探讨兔VX2肝癌模型在成瘤过程中进行动态磁共振弥散显像(DWI)量化研究的可行性及价值。方法对肿瘤植入后14、18、22、26d的VX2肝癌模型和正常新西兰大白兔进行磁共振显像及DWI;动态量化分析平均弥散系数(ADC)、指数弥散系数(eADC)的变化规律,并与病理结果对照。结果兔VX2肝癌模型的ADC值呈先递增后递减趋势;eADC值呈先递减后递增趋势;与对照组间差异存在显著性。病理结果的多项分析中,瘤内凝固性坏死和纤维增生呈明显递增趋势。结论DWI的量化指标能动态观测兔VX2肝癌模型的部分生长特性;该模型的DWI量化可为DWI临床应用于肝脏病变提供一定的实验和理论依据。
Objective To investigate the possibility of dynamic MR diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) in rabbit models implanted with hepatic tumor grafts from VX2. Methods 16 rabbit VX2 liver tumor models were performed MRI and DWI images 14,18, 22, and 26 days, respectively after VX2 liver tumor implanted. As a control, 4 normal rabbit were received MRI scan at the same time. Average diffusion coefficient(ADC value) .exponential ADC(eADC value)were esti- mated and compared with pathology. Results The mean ADC values first increased then descended and eADC values had a descending to increasing trend, which had significant differences comparing to contrast group; the changes of coagulation necrosis and fiber hyperplasia had increasing trend in pathologic results. Conclusions Our preliminary study showed that dynamic MR DWI quantitative analysis of rabbit models implanted with hepatic tumor grafts from VX2 had significant values in differentiate some characters of hepatic tumor from VX2, and it could be instructed in clinical application of MR DWI in theory.
