摘要
目的:观察脂必妥对脑梗死病人血脂及载脂蛋白的影响。方法:脂必妥组30例(男性19例,女性11例;年龄64±s4a)给脂必妥1.05g,po,tid;对照组30例(男性20例,女性10例;年龄61±5a)给烟酸肌醇酯0.4g,po,tid;疗程均为1mo。结果:2组均有显著降低TG,TC作用,脂必妥组有显著的降低低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-ch)及载脂蛋白B100(ApoB100)的作用(P<0.05)及升高高密度脂蛋白及载脂蛋白AI(ApoAI)作用,而对照组无上述作用;故ApoAI/ApoB100比值脂必妥组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应见于对照组。结论:脂必妥是较好的降脂药物。
AIM: To compare effects of Zhi-bi-tuo (ZBT) and inositol nicotinate (IN) on blood lipids and apolipoprotein. METHODS: Thirty patients (M 19, F 11; age 64±s 4 a) with cerebral infarction received ZBT tablets 1.05 g(0.35 g/Tab), po, tid, for 1 mo. Another 30 patients (M 20, F 10; age 61±5 a) received IN 0.4 g, po, tid, for 1 mo. RESULTS: Both groups showed decreased serum TC and TG levels. ZBT (but not IN) reduced LDL-ch and apolipoprotein B 100 (Apo B 100 )(P<0.05), and increased HDL-ch, apolipoprotein AI ( Apo AI ) levels; the ratio Apo AI / Apo B 100 was higher in ZBT group than that in IN group ( P < 0.05). Adverse reactions were noted in IN group. CONCLUSION: ZBT is an efficient hypolipidemic agent.
