摘要
为了使血泵满足体积微型、能植入于体内,且操作简单的要求,设计、加工一体积较小、可连接左心房和升主动脉的微型离心式血泵。经模拟实验测试,离心泵性能良好,基本满足当初设计的适合临床生理需要的流量、压力要求。同时模拟实验的成功,为以后血泵的完善、动物实验及临床上的使用提供了实验依据。
We designed and made a small sized, centrifugal blood pump. The centrifugal blood pump would be implantable in thoracic cavity. The blood pump consisted of a 45mm long, 42mm width and 52mm high housing, an eight vane impeller and a DC motor. The motor was connected with a direct current power source with speed from 0 ̄5000r/min, the pump flow rate was from 2 ̄3L/min under the condition of 0.66 ̄1.33kPa preload and 10.63 ̄15.94kPa afterload. Meanwhile, the result of model experiment showed: 1. the pump output performance was very stable; 2. It could obtain a flow rate from 2L/min to 8L/min against the pressure from 6.66kPa to 16.6kPa in the voltage range from 6.0V to 8.5V. 3. The satisfying voltage range of the pump was from 7.0 ̄7.5V.
