摘要
为了加深对中医脉象的研究,我们利用清华大学生物力学研究室研制的脉象实验台对桡动脉的整体位移现象进行了初步研究。结果表明,在心血管系统正常生理状态下,桡动脉确实存在着整体位移运动。桡动脉上一点的位移轨迹是一个三维的闭合曲线,在血管横截平面上桡动脉整体位移的幅值大于其直径变化数倍。同时还发现,寸关尺三点的位移轨迹在大小和形状上都存在较大的差异。这些结果说明:第一,桡动脉管的整体位移在中医脉象研究中可能有重要意义;第二,血管上某点的位移轨迹不仅与管内血压的波动有关,而且与该点的位置及该点所受的约束条件有关。提示桡动脉管的整体运动可能包含有极其丰富的生理病理信息。
A previous developed physical cardiovascular simulatior is used to investigate the displacement of radial artery during a cardiac cycle. Simulation result shows that the displacement is much greater than the change in the radius of the radial artery. The result is similar to the clinical observation reported before. Based on the simulation result, it is suggested that the displacement of radial artery plays an important part in the Maixiang (pulse condition), which is one of the most important contents of diagnostics in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
