摘要
基于电阻探针腐蚀监测的原理,研制了适合气田环境的ER400电阻探针腐蚀监测仪,其仪器电阻分辨率可达到0.5(腐蚀速率灵敏度达到了0.1m/a)。用其所研制的电阻探针腐蚀监测设备与实验室的电化学极化测试和靖边气田现场磁阻探针、挂杆失重试验相比,发现其测量的腐蚀速率与室内和现场测试结果十分接近。说明ER400电阻探针腐蚀监测仪器的可靠性,达到了国内外同等仪器的先进水平。
Based on the principle of electrical resistance probe corrosion monitoring, this paper develops ER400 electrical resistance probe corrosion monitoring equipment applied in gas field environment, and the resistance resolution is 0.5 and the corrosion rate is 0. 1m/a. The developed equipment of electrical resistance probe corrosion monitoring is compared with electrochemical polarization testing of laboratory and magnetic reluctance probe and iron - rod corrosion measurement in the gas field of Jingbian The tested results of the corrosion rates are mostly similar to indoor and field experiment. It showed that ER400 electrical resistance probe corrosion monitoring equipment was more reliable, which has been reached advanced level of equal equipment at home and abroad.
