摘要
针对石化行业中现有的腐蚀监测技术,本文对当前普遍使用的4种技术进行了综述:挂片失重法、电阻探针法、电感探针法、超声波在线测厚技术。重点是前四种腐蚀监测基本工作原理以及它们各自的优缺点。在此基础上,引入近几年发展很快,且综合技术优良的场指纹法(FSM),着重说明工作原理、目前的现场应用情况以及它的特点和局限性。通过对这几种腐蚀监测技术的阐述,为相关企业提供有益的参考。
In the view of existing monitoring techniques in petrochemical industry,the commonly-used techniques are summarizes:Corrosion Coupons,Electrical Resistance Probe,Electrical Inductance Probe and Ultrasonic,which focuses on the working principles and their advantages and disadvantages.On this basis,this paper introduces a monitoring technique with excellent synthesized performance,Field Signature Method(FSM),which develops fast in recent years:In the review,FSM is focused on the working principle,the current application situation and its characteristics and limitations.The review can provide beneficial reference for the enterprises.
