摘要
随着硬齿面齿轮的广泛应用,插齿刀具技术的发展倍受关注。硬齿面凸曲前刀面插齿刀和传统插齿刀相比能够在保证构形精度的前提下有效提高刀齿的抗崩刃能力。利用CATIA软件对凸曲前刀面插齿刀进行参数化实体建模,进而实现实体刀齿的热-应力分析,以达到研究刀齿抗崩刃能力和优化几何参数的目的。
With the widespread application of hard-tooth-face gear, the development of technology of gear shaper cutting tool has been paid more attention. Gear shaper cutter with convex rake face with hard-tooth-face can improve the ability of anti-collapse efficiently while guarantee the shape precision compared with traditional gear shaper cutter. So it is necessary to set up the parametric model of gear shaper cutter with convex rake face by using CATIA software, and it can be used for heat-stress analysis of the gear tooth, so that a foundation is laid to further research the ability of anti-collapse and to optimize the geometry parameters.
