摘要
目的海洛因相关性肾病是指一种长期使用海洛因类成瘾性药物所致的肾脏损害,本文旨在观察联邦止咳露所致肾损害的临床特征,以提高对本病的认识。方法收集和分析我科今年收治的5例长期服用"联邦止咳露"(可待因)所致肾脏损害病人的临床资料。结果联邦止咳露所致的海洛因相关性肾病主要表现以小管间质损害为主,其突出特点为肾小管酸中毒,同时伴有不同程度的肾小球损害。结论联邦止咳露所致肾脏损害应该引起临床医生的重视。
Objective Heroin-associated nephropathy is a kind of renal injury for addictive medicines such as heroin. Our aim is to investigate clinical characteristics of heroin-associated nephropathy for ＂Federal Cough Syrup＂. Methods 5 Cases were reported heroin-associated nephropathy for ＂Federal Cough Syrup＇（comprising codein） in our department in the past three years. Results We found that clinical investigation of heroin-associated nephropathy is renal tubulointerstitial injure, especially renal tubular acidosis, accompanying glomerular injure. Conclusion It is important to pay attention to the ＂Federal Cough Syrup＂ associated renal injure for us.
