摘要
通过对银中杨的组织培养试验,得出了银中杨组培育苗时最佳的材料选取、接种前采用的最佳消毒液、适宜的培养基及其增殖方式。
By test on the tissue culture of Populus alba x P. berolinensis, gets the best explants, the best disinfectant before seeding, the suitable medium and breeding way in raising seedlings of Populus alba ×P. berolinensis.
