糖尿病患者血糖、果糖胺和糖化血红蛋白检测分析 被引量:10

Analysis of measurement of fasting blood glucose and fructosamine and glycosylated hemoglobin in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的探讨空腹血糖(FBG)、血清果糖胺(FMN)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)对2型糖尿病的诊断价值。方法对82例2型糖尿病患者和80例健康对照组,用葡萄糖氧化酶法检测血清FBG、硝基四氮唑蓝还原法检测血清FMN、免疫抑制透射比浊法检测全血HbA1c。结果糖尿病组FBG(12.15±5.82)mmol/L、FMN(3.26±0.75)mmol/L、HbA1c(9.81±1.84)%,FBG与血清FMN和HbA1c均呈正相关,相关系数分别为0.78和0.72,均明显比对照组FBG(4.85±0.56)mmol/L,FMN(2.17±0.32)mmol/L,HbA1c(5.74±0.84)%高,二者比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论检测FBG、FMN和HbA1c分别为糖尿病患者提供一个即刻、近期和长期的血糖监控信息,有利于预防和治疗方案的选择和疗效的评判,更好地建立和开展对糖尿病的三级防治。 Objective To understand the diagnostic value for type 2 diabetes mellitus by fasting blood glucose, fructosamine and glycosylated hemoglobin Alc (HbAlc). Methods Using glucose oxidase-peroxidase (GOD-POD), nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT) and turbidimetric inhibition immunoassay (TINIA) ,to measure FBG,FMN and HbAlc in 82 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2 DM) according to WHO criteria in 1998 and 80 healthy subjects. Results The levels of FBG, FMN and HbA1c in T2DM group were obviously higher [ (12.15 ± 5.82) mmol/L, (3.26 ± 0.75 ) mmol/L, (9.81±1.84) %, respectively] than those of healthy subjects [(4.85±0.56)mmol/L,(2.17±0.32) mmol/L and (5.74±0.84)% ,respectively] (P〈0. 001). FBG level showed positive correlation with FMN (r=0.78), and HbAlc (r=0.72), respectively. Conclusion It can provide a lot of information about monitoring glucose levels of immediate, short-term and long-term by combined detection of FBG, FMN and HbAlc. There are good selections of precautionary measure and therapeutic schedules and assessment of monitoring therapeutic effect. It will be great use for our work to establish and develop system of three-level prevention and treatment for diabetic patients
