摘要
分析了康保县水资源利用现状、特点以及影响康保县农业可持续发展的制约因素。结果表明,地下水资源是限制和制约当地农业结构调整的主要制约因素;为提高农业用水效率,合理利用地下水资源,同时保证农民的效益,提出了合理利用水资源基础上的农业结构调整方案。
The study on current use and characteristics of water resource and the analysis of agricultural development constraints of Kangbao county shows that the groundwater resource is the main constraint element for agricultural restructuring in Kangbao County. As to achieve water use efficiency and sustainable utilization of water resources, and maintain benefit of farmers, suggestions being made for agricultural restructuring based on water resources for Kangbao County.
