摘要
节水农业是提高用水有效性的农业，它包括节水灌溉农业和旱地农业。本文根据我国具体情况，将农业环境归纳为四种类型区：丰产灌溉类型区；有限灌溉类型区；抗旱灌溉类型区；旱地农业类型区。并探讨了各类型区的发展方向及措施。
The water saving agriculture is the agriculture for raising water utilization efficiency. It includes water saving irrigation agriculture and arid farming. Accoroding to the China's curcumstances, this paper inducts the agricultrual environment into four different kinds of regions──abundant production irrigation region, limited irrigation region, drought-resistant irrigation region, arid farming region and probes into the development direction and measure for different kinds of regions.
