摘要
对北方地区的水资源现状与配置状况进行了分析,指出了目前北方地区水资源利用存在的问题,提出水资源的合理开发利用需要一套行之有效的管理途径,并从政府政策管理方面研究了该管理途径,以合理有效地利用水资源。
Based upon present situations and allocation status of water resources in north area questions existed in the utilization of water resources in north area are pointed out; at the same time a set of effective management measures is proposed in order to realize sustainable utilization of water resources. Further study is also made from government policies aspect.
