摘要
目的选取最佳胶囊的制备工艺。方法红景天具有滋补强壮、抗缺氧、抗微波辐射、抗毒、活血化淤、抗肿瘤、抗衰老等作用,通过用正交实验选取最佳提取工艺,提取红景天中有效成分,制成便于服用的胶囊型制剂。结果各项指标的检测合格。结论此最佳工艺可用于经景天胶囊的制备。
Objective In order to discover better capsule of Rhodiola＇s technology. Methods Rhodiola, a traditional Chinese natural drug is known for its various functions , such as anti - anoxia, anti - radiation, anti - virus,anti - tumour, anti - caducity, and is beneficial for blood. We usually make certain the distilling process through the orthogonal design. Once we get the bioactive compound, we intend to pack it into capsule, in which way it can be administered conveniendy. Results Various index of capsule of Rhodila are good. Conclusion The technology of capsule of Rhodiola can be employed in preparation the capsule of Rhodiola.
